I am your biggest Flan.

If you are looking to impress someone with you are dessert and want something that will not take very much of your time. Then you have got to learn to make a Caramel Flan. I won't lie about the hard work you will have to put it to caramelize the sugar, watch it every second because if it stays one second longer you can burn it and one second because is not well done but when you bake it and flip it over the pretty looking flan is mesmerizing.

If you have known me for a long time I have most definitely made this you at least one. This is a recipe I got from my mother when I was in 8th grade and I have been making it ever since.

This simple caramel custard is eaten in many country around the world and has many version to it. Also, it has many names like caramel flan in Spanish speaking countries, caramel custard or caramel pudding, but no matter what you call it, one thing is I am sure of, this is a very simple yet sophisticated recipe that will bring style to the dessert course.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

It’s time for dessert again. Have you had days where all you want to do is bundle up in you blanket and eat cake in bed. Last week I had one of those days, and not any cake I was really craving for chocolate cake. I am a kind of person who will feel hungry if I look a picture of something which is very tempting.

I was actually working on my class assignment and the company I chose was Lindt Chocolate and all I could picture was molten Chocolate River in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. So I thought of making cake in a mug. I had never made a cake in a mug before and I wasn't sure how it would turn out.

So I did a quick Google search and I actually came across a dozen of different recipes for chocolate cake in a mug recipe.

I found one very nice and easy looking and I gave it a try. This chocolate cake in a mug is every chocolate lovers dream and you can make it in less than five minutes that includes mixing and cooking time. This cake in a mug has no fuss because all you have to clean is one spoon and one mug after you are done eating this absolutely delicious cake.

Don't waste anytime find yourself a mug and spoon to mix and wait for your microwave to ping and treat your tummy with this sinfully tasty cake.

Something's Fishy

Welcome back!

Living in Mumbai I have always loved sea food. Going to the market to buy fresh catch from the sea was always fun and that way I would get to select what fish I wanted to eat. Getting the fish home and then my mom would take care of the rest. It would me a feast every time there was fish cooked at home, which is most possibly once a week, no kidding. I like fish fried, curry or baked it's all yummy at the end. Salmon is one of my favourite fish because it taste great all year round. Salmon is really good for the heart, has healthy fish oils and has many more health benefits.

Knowing my love for fish my neighbour here would send me some fish when ever she made it. So this is a recipe I got from her. Its easy Baked salmon with lemon. Very Easy to make and literally has five ingredients. I like to make this dish when I am really tired and hungry. The prep time is less than five minutes and cooking time will be about 15 to 20 minutes. So let get started. (recipe)
