My name is Pradnya Mahadik and I am a 24-year-old Public Relation professional working in Mumbai.
I grew up in Mumbai, India for 17 years before I moved to Niagara Falls, Canada to do my under graduation in Business and postgraduate in Public Relations. Growing up in Mumbai I was exposed to different cultures and this has made me understand various perspectives. This has enabled me to adapt to Canada's multicultural society very well.
When I am not at work, I like travelling, reading, photography, hanging out with my friends, going to restaurants and indulging myself with different delicacies.
Being kind to animals is something I value and I would volunteer at the Niagara Falls Humane Society. As I can't keep animals in my apartment being given this opportunity was really amazing.
When I have the time, I like hosting Jamie Oliver style potluck dinner parties and getting all my friends to come and sample my cooking creations. I have had no complaints so far and as I have a lot of international friends sampling their food is great too.
Connecting to my many friends and family through the medium of social media is something I excel in. So writing this blog has giving me an added dimension.
As a working professional I do get very little time to write this blog but I hope to keep it as up to date as I can.
