Another dessert time.
By now you must have realized I was not lying when I said I can eat my dessert course before my main course. I really have a sweet tooth. Today, I am going to share one more of my favorite desserts of all time. Its Panna cotta time.

Panna Cotta is an extremely
dessert to make. It will take maybe 10 minutes to mix together and the rest of
the time to set.
Panna Cotta is basically Italian
for cooked cream. And again this is one of the recipes that I got while
watching TLC. Donna Hay one of my favorite food writer had a show called Fast,Fresh and Simple. It is exactly as it sounds. She showed how to make Buttermilk
Panna Cotta. It is the best thing ever. When I made the Panna cotta it turned perfectly
delicious. I didn’t make any change to it other than serving it with berries.
The best thing I feel about Panna cotta is you can make variations to it to match your taste. Like add espresso
to have a nice coffee taste or maybe add vanilla for a classic taste. Add
chocolate to it or even add jelly. It just goes perfect with anything.
Doesn’t take much time and is
ready in a jiffy.
This is a direct link to the recipe as I will not want to make any changes to it.
